I have a 2 year-old daughter with Down syndrome. We had many questions and concerns about her eating abilities. During the 4-week session we were reminded of certain exercises and learned new tricks on how to awaken her face and oral cavity to improve her ability to eat at meals. We have seen great improvement at meals including drinking. She was using a honeybear and nosey-cup - but both incorrectly. We have now moved to cups and straws and she loves drinking at mealtime. Videos submitted for feedback will be used solely for this purpose, stored securely, and deleted after review.
